In a partnership-driven environment, facing customers with increasing digital expectations and privacy concerns, service providers need to build a fully integrated ecosystem for building new revenues as well as offering an interactive, seamless and innovative experience.

Leveraging TM Forum Open APIs, this Catalyst looks to have one fully integrated interface so that the process in store is faster, more secure and the customer experience improved. To do this, we don’t want to toggle between systems to fulfill several tasks (e.g., save customer data, verify his/her identity and credit worthiness, choosing special mobile number, check commercial eligibility and service qualification, generate, save and sign contract, etc).
